I personally love Lisa, she's easy to talk to and answers all my nagging questions without hesitation and listens to my concerns when I go in and see her. Jen has been a delight as well and answered the questions I had when we moved in. Overall both women have been awesome, and made us feel comfortable when we were beyond nervous and for that I look forward to my time here.

I was looking at multiple places to call home when Jennifer impressed me with efficient service and sincerely. Not only did she address my questions and concerns in a very timely manner she also pointed out features that fit my families needs. She really listened to what I was looking for and moving here was a no Brainer. From the lush complex, close to shopping, gas, bus, grocery everything right here. Thank you Jen. Your the best!

I wanted to thank Jennifer for giving me a tour of the apartment complex. The units are spacious and very clean and the grounds are beautiful and kid friendly. This looks like a perfect place for families.

Got a tour of a unit from Jennifer. She made me feel very welcome and was able to answer my questions about the rental. The private balcony was nice, as was the open concept rooms. The grounds also looked well kept.

Jenn and Lisa are the best! Iâm always greeted with a smile and feel so welcome any time Iâm in the office. Maintenance staff is attentive and the grounds are always clean! Would definitely recommend.

I love it here. I love you environment. Itâs quiet although there is children everywhere and I have children. Itâs very quiet and mellow still and itâs enjoyable to walk around. Itâs safe they have sidewalks everywhere. The gym is amazing. The staff is amazing. I absolutely love it. I will definitely be here for quite some time

Karli the leasing agent has gone above and beyond to make the whole move in process easy like sunday morning. Shes a stellar example of professional, personable, and prompt!!! She had exceeded all of my expectations, and made a stressful week end perfectly. If i was to hire someone to help manage and run a property, it would be someone like Karli!!!! 10/10 highly reccomend!!! Give this lady a raise and promote her!!!

I moved in when it was still cascade woods. I can say that Iâm pleasantly surprised with the new owners and the improvements they have made. Parking has been improved with marked spots, gym is up and running for residents, and the upkeep on the yards has improved and done on a schedule. The office staff has always been kind and accommodating to my family. When I have an issue maintenance has been quick to respond (within 24 hours). My kids enjoy both of the play yards we have and being close to the schools. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a smaller quieter family environment.

So my client (I am a care giver)resides at these apts in the past 6yrs , we've seen changes good and bad. It's true parking sucks. But I have always encountered friendly staff, I think people need to realize,what you put out you get back. It's unfortunate that office staff has seemingly been a revolving door. But 1 constant has been the maintenance guy, Alex, hats off to him. But overall it's been a good place for my client to call home

We have lived here for almost 9 years and I can still say that the people who work here are just as kind and helpful as they were when we first moved in. Even when new people come in, they follow the same ideas of community and acceptance. We had a last minute call to maintenance for a fridge that has been on the fritz. They got back to us the next morning and came to check it out. By the afternoon they had brought us a new fridge and were happy to adapt to our schedule as my husband and I are both working from home during Covid. I appreciate the team very much for being so helpful and friendly, especially during these challenging times we are all living in.

Me and my family have lived here for years.The management team is amazing very professional always on top of maintenance issues that arise . The only thing that I dislike is the parking as it gets kind of tight for a visitor spots.Our apartment is our home our neighbors are friendly the kids love the playgrounds. I also love the gym itâs small but The treadmill is brand new awesome !!

I have lived here for almost 5 years and have never had any issues. Irina and the maintenance staff are excellent and always address our needs quickly! Parking is not ideal but I have been told it is like that at most apartment complexes. The price is the best around. ð

I have lived here for a little over a year And really love it. The office staff and maintenance are awesome! When ever I need something they are always there to help. Iâve never had any problems with car brake inâs or Home invasions. Parking sucks but thatâs in almost every apartment. ÑпаÑибо пеÑÑонал, Ashley miller :)

Finding myself in need of a home; That I can afford with my income each month! I was concerned about moving to low-income apartments, BUT the manager (Irina) with a great management team at Cascade Woods is conscientious and professional; attention to detail makes the apartment complex run very well! because of Irina\staff, the apartments are nice and cozy home to get the world off your back! for the time I have been here NO break-ins to home or cars! What! I hear about the Russians sounds like reverse racism; just look at yourself-have felt that sting of racism! before you point out little thing look at the bigger picture!?! you are living in low-income apartments you are either poor like me or you are pretending to poor and your just a complainer! I have lived in place you had to be armed just to check your mail! SO` I would say this is the best apartment home in America! If I owned a complex like this place Irina & staff would be the top answer to making a business run like clockwork! Parking is no problem if you are truly low-income what do you need two brand new cars then! you were able to have new things because of the place you lived, your credit when up because of the home you found at the Five stars= Cascade Woods; A very clean and safe home! THANK YOU, Irina and staff...

My family and I were looking to move from Spokane to Vancouver a little over a year ago. Thanks to Irina and Anna, we were able to handle all the paperwork via email and fax, without having to do much mailing (some had to be mailed for originals for legal purposes), They were always nice, called us back immediately and made moving across state very easy. They have been wonderful to my family these past 14 months, and we have no intentions of leaving anytime soon. Yes, there is a decent size Russian tenancy, among other nationalities. This is what makes Portland/Vancouver so diverse. I am "American", but I do not feel out of place here. I only speak English, but that hasn't stopped other tenants from being nice and helping out. Our children have fun here, and they enjoy making new friends and learning new languages and customs. Is it perfect? No. But they do try hard to make it as near-perfect as they can. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Thank you Cascade Woods for being better than most complexes in the area. :)
